Nephew of Gov. John Langdon (Signer of the United States Constitution, 1st Pres. US Senate, Administered oath of office to George Washington, Served six terms as Gov. of NH)
Married Charlotte Ladd - September 22, 1808
Portsmouth, NH - "was engaged in foreign commerce". Served on the Judicial Bench and in the New Hampshire State Legislature.
1837 - Moved to Buffalo, NY
Died May 25, 1852 -  Rochester, N. Y. @ 72
He was living on Buffalo St. (West Main St.) at the time of his death, due to "Old Age".
