             Designed by Douglas McCurdy,  a student from the University of Toronto, and member of Dr. Bell's  AEA.
         The design was similar to June Bug, but more compact, and with more attention to detail. Power was supplied by the first Curtiss designed water-cooled engine. A belt and pulley reduction between motor and propeller was attempted, but due to problems it was replaced by a chain and sprocket.
