WOMEN ARE NOW TAKING THE PLACES OF MEN and thus serving their country most opportunely in a time of great need, and at the same time promoting their own success and happiness materially and permanently. The call for women who have received College, Normal or High School training is especially active, and although the response is gratifying it is by no means sufficient. Our enrollment of capable, well educated women students during the school year 1917-18 is much the largest in the history of the school, but if it were twice as great in the coming school year, it would still be inadequate for the needs of the Government and for the business men who are striving so manfully and so patriotically to maintain their organizations at their normal capacity.
